Introduction

Tanzania Technology Community (TTC) is a Non-Government Organization aimed at amplifying the technical prowess of young Tanzanians in the realms of Computer Technology, Data Science, and Statistics. By transcending traditional curricula, TTC promotes hands-on learning, industry collaboration, and fosters a spirit of innovation among the youth.

But how did we come up with TTC? We like to say we were born to Help, and Call ourselves Problem Solvers …

Recognizing technology as a cornerstone for societal and national development, we address the challenges within the Tanzanian community, like inefficiencies, inaccuracies, and a lack of computer knowledge hinder progress. These challenges span economic, cultural, environmental, social, rule and order, human rights, and good governance realms. Mindful of the national strategy for sustainable development through the fourth industrial revolution, we establish this Technology COmmunity.
Our mission is to actively promote growth, offering solutions to these community challenges. Committed to fostering a technologically empowered society, we envision a brighter future for Tanzania, contributing to economic prosperity, cultural enrichment, environmental sustainability, social cohesion, effective governance, and the protection of human rights.
